HBS had no way to manage the tremendous amount of information supporting event logistics for the FIFA World Cup.

The World Cup is the world's most watched sporting event. The host broadcaster is responsible for capturing and delivering the live video streams to other broadcasters around the globe. Ekohe's custom-built booking system and logistics platform has helped transmit matches since the South African World Cup. From camera to television, our system allows broadcasters to capture, secure, edit, schedule, invoice, and execute stream orders worldwide. From the 2010 South Africa World Cup to the 2014 Brazil World Cup, the Ekohe team has been hard at work updating the software and building a new platform to service other areas of the workflow—all in time for the 2018 Russia World Cup.

Design company IDEO sought to ramp up their Chinese digital presence with a development partner for both their external-facing website and ongoing digital needs.

IDEO

From web registration to managed services, IDEO found a trusted partner to support its growth in China — for 8 years and counting.

To stand out in a crowded health market, Fitnext sought a better way to meet the highly personal needs of target audiences.

Former Champion cyclist, Erwann Menthéour, collaborated with Ekohe to create a platform for users to follow the Fitnext training method via their mobile devices. The method focuses on tracking and providing personalized training regimes based on food, health, and equipment available. 

The unique and complex algorithm promises a program tailored to the user's changing needs, desires and availability.  After Fitnext website became successful commercially, the company started to think mobile. 

In addition to adapting the existing features to mobile platforms, Ekohe also provided consultancy, new brand identity development, messaging system, connection to activity trackers and detailed marketing analytics.

Our Team

Margot has a master's degree in international management with a focus on business in Asia at IAE of Nantes, France. Learning Chinese for years, she moved to Shanghai to accomplish her dream career. Before joining Ekohe, she worked as a project specialist for the French Trade Commission, assisting companies in their development in China. She enjoys the constant involvement in creating something new and the knowledge-sharing with people from all walks of life.
In her free time, Margot enjoys fitness and running, as well as watercolor painting sessions and Chinese cooking classes, always looking for new things to learn.
